Fremont County Criminal and Civil Records
Fremont County criminal court records include case records of felony cases and misdemeanors heard in the district court and circuit court, respectively. Requests may also be submitted by mail or e-mail. The fee for a name search is $10.00. Document copy fees are $1.00 for the first page and $0.50 for each additional page. Acceptable payment methods include cash, check, or money order payable to the Fremont County District Court.
